Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions Acquires NDT X-ray Equipment Provider

Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, LLC, a manufacturer of non-destructive testing and inspection systems, has announced the acquisition of Willick Engineering Co, Inc, a supplier of non-destructive testing (NDT) X-ray equipment and provider of related services to the military, aerospace, and medical device sectors, headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“We look forward to representing the Pinnacle Digital X-ray & Computed Tomography systems as well as offering DR & CT scanning services through PiXL a NADCAP certified company, from our Santa Fe Springs facility,” said Dan Guerrero, Business Unit Manager of Willick Engineering.

Pinnacle is a Georgia-based manufacturer of X-Ray and Computed Tomography (“CT”) scanning systems and provides NADCAP certified radiography as well as 3D/CT scanning services through Pinnacle Industrial X-Ray Lab (“PiXL”). Pinnacle has a long history of commercializing its proprietary and customized systems to offer solutions to meet each individual customer’s specific needs. The Willick acquisition will allow for additional products and services to be offered to the two companies’ current and prospective customers.
