Zeiss Spins-Off Fixture Systems Group
Carl Zeiss Fixture Systems GmbH will operate independently as FIXTURE TECH Solutions GmbH from July 2022 onwards. The new owner of the company is the long-term oriented ASC Investment Group, which has taken over 100% of the shares in the business together with its approximately 100 employees.
In the future, FIXTURE TECH Solutions will focus on topics related to jigs & fixture systems, loading solutions and new technologies such as the autonomous transport system eMOBEE. The ZEISS Group will continue to be a strategic partner of FIXTURE TECH Solutions GmbH.
FIXTURE TECH Solutions GmbH will develop and manufacture at their production site in Tholey, German measuring equipment for the international manufacturing industry including manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic loading systems for industrial applications. Founded in 1995 as an owner-managed company ‘Junker and Partner’ it became a subsidiary of ZEISS Industrial Metrology GmbH as an supplier to the ZEISS portfolio ‘Car Body Solutions’. The company will once again operating independently on the market.
