By linking AllRounDia DV to other production equipment like cutters or coilers via interfaces such as OPC-UA or direct I/O wiring, the system can automatically assign defects to the current coil and calculate defect positions relative to the coil’s head end. When the product is downcoiled for further processing, the system can precisely locate defects and remove faulty material, saving both time and money.
