Verisurf Demonstrates Enterprise Inspection and Measurement Software for All Applications and Devices
At the CONTROL Exhibition in Stuttgart Verisurf Software will be demonstrating complete inspection and measurement solutions for Industry 4.0 enterprise applications. Universal compatibility with all measurement devices and any CAD/CAM software helps Verisurf close the digital loop between design, manufacturing, and quality verification.

Among the booth demonstrations at Control will be a CMM running Verisurf with theRenishaw REVO 5-axis measuring system. Verisurf programs and drives the REVO 5-axis multi-sensor measurement system, which uses synchronized motion and 5-axis measurement technology to minimize the dynamic effects of CMM movement at ultra-high measurement speeds. This improves agility and accuracy while reducing measurement cycle time by 15% to 50%. The REVO multi-sensor probe and stylus changing capability has solutions for 2D and 3D continuous scanning, surface finish inspection, ultrasonic thickness measurements, and more.
Laser scanner and optical tracker solutions, optimized by Verisurf, will also be demonstrated, as well as the popular Master3DGage turn-key PCMM.
