High-Precision Dimensional Metrology Company Acquired By Group ADF
Group ADF has announced that through its subsidiary Solutions Latesys Canada that it has acquired Amrikart Ultraprecision Inc to enhance its growth strategy.
Amrikart Ultraprecision, based in Quebec, Canada specializes in high-precision dimensional metrology and is recognized in the field of metrology under the G2Metric brand.
Groupe ADF aims to complete its range of expertise with the solutions developed by the Amrikart Ultraprecision team who will bring additional know-how and expertise, to respond to the group’s strategy of being as close as possible to the expectations and needs of the market. The acquisition also will allow the ADF Group to confirm its position in North America and thus strengthen support for its key accounts internationally.
In 2019, following the successful integration of the iGPS system into an aircraft assembly line by its team of engineers, Amrikart wished to further explore the possibilities of this revolutionary technology thus the Amrikart Group was founded and acquired the iGPS System branch of Nikon Metrology under the brand name of 7D Kinematics Metrology.
In 2021, Amrikart announced the launch of its Laser Instrument Certification Center in partnership with Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.
