Hexagon Launch India Manufactured ENSPEC CMM For Local Market
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence has announced the launch of ENSPEC, a new multidimensional coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and Hexagon’s first made-in-India metrology product. ENSPEC incorporates the most advanced, future-ready technology and is specifically designed keeping in mind the specific requirements of Indian manufacturers.
The announcement marks a new milestone for Hexagon’s India journey since ENSPEC is being manufactured, assembled and shipped locally from Hexagon’s facility in Noida, India. The ENSPEC series is available for shipping starting September 2024 onwards.

ENSPEC’s design integrates advanced linear scales, micromachined frame components, and granite surface plates to deliver ultra-accurate measurements for a variety of industries. Customers can select between touch-trigger probes and scanning sensors to meet the exact needs of their product inspection. The triangular X beam design and pneumatic bearings ensure smooth, stable performance. The CMM is built to adapt to the fast-evolving needs of aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. With a maximum speed of 450 mm/s and an acceleration of 1100 mm/s² the machine offers built-in temperature control.
