ZEISS To Launch New ScanPort
Easy to handle. Ready to Scan. The new ZEISS ScanPort is an all-in-one semi-automated solution simplifying metrology tasks with the creation of more efficient workflows while capturing highly accurate metrology-grade data. ZEISS ScanPort is a semi-automatic solution that captures every detail of a workpiece with high-quality with just one click. Motion Replay feature allows to simplify the process of recurring measurement tasks so when identical or similar multiple parts are needed, measurement positions are automatically played back.

Dual Probe System Measures Roughness and Contours
The heart of the MarSurf SD 140 AG 11 is the newly developed tactile probe system. This can record the measured values for roughness and contour at the same time, which the software then evaluates separately. The probe arm measuring range covers 10 mm (100 mm probe arm) and 25 mm (250 mm probe arm), the measuring force from 0.75 mN to 30 mN can be set via software. Users can save time with the probe system’s tool-free probe arm quick-change function, which quickly change to another measuring task without recalibrating the probe arm that has been replaced. The electronic probe arm recognition and automatic probe force selection offer even more reliability since the correct tracing force is always guaranteed when changing between several probe tips.

Quality Inspection with Optical Sensors – Precise, Non-Contact, Efficient
Whether it’s layer thickness measurement, 3D inspection or inline metrology Precitec Optronik optical sensors stand for ultimate precision, reliability and flexibility in industrial quality control. At this year’s Control, Precitec will showcase a versatile range of sensors – from compact point sensors to high-resolution area scan systems. Enovasense products use photothermal technology to enable non-destructive layer thickness measurement – even opaque layers. The Enovasense Point Sensor and the turnkey solution HKL are ideal for precise analysis of all types of coatings. When precision is key the Flying Spot Scanners combine high-precision 3D metrology with flexibility. By scanning individually defined paths, the system generates highly detailed topographies tailored to the application in real time.
CHRocodile CLS line sensors offer the perfect combination of high speed, long line length and wide acceptance angle. In addition, they deliver highly accurate measurement results due to reliable signal processing – even on complex surfaces or objects in motion.

Advances in Magnetic Field Strength Measurement
The MagnaCheck 4D is the latest advancement in magnetic field strength measurement, designed to offer unparalleled accuracy and versatility in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI). Building on the legacy of its predecessors, the MagnaCheck 4D introduces several new features aimed at enhancing the inspection process. Key innovations include the Shot Timer Mode for precise magnetising shot duration, the Waveform Mode for detailed waveform analysis, and the new Pie Gauge feature, which provides intuitive directionality for magnetic fields and expected indications. With automatic scaling, multi-axis sensitivity, and improved probe orientation capabilities. MagnaCheck 4D introduces the innovative Pie Gauge feature providing a modern, digital alternative to the traditional Pie Gauge. This mode visually displays the directions of expected indications, offering a clear representation of potential defect locations. Additionally, it can be switched to show the actual magnetic field direction, enhancing the versatility of the inspection process.
