2024 International 3D Metrology Conference Registration Open
The annual 3D Metrology Conference, focused on technologies and applications relating to industrial 3D measurement and metrology, will be held over 2 ½ days in 2024. The conference will present a mix of industrial applications, research and commercial developments through talks, posters and supplier presentations. Additionally informal social events provide networking opportunities.
The international event hosts presenters from the UK, Germany, Spain, France, Switzerland, Poland, Sweden, Italy, Brazil and China. The programme currently has around 40 presentations in the form of talks and posters from organizations including Hexagon UK, Insphere, Rolls-Royce, BMW and the Technical University of Munich, CERN, the universities of Loughborough, Nottingham and Huddersfield, Nuclear AMRC and the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC).
The 2024 event takes place from 24 – 26 September and hosted by the UK’s Intelligent Automation Centre at Loughborough University which is providing excellent presentation facilities, comfortable on-campus hotels for delegates, lab tours and a fun run (not obligatory!).
Commercial supporters will be presenting some of their latest technologies. US company Quidien will be delivering a special interest session on Generalized Scene Reconstruction (GSR) and Nikon Metrology will provide hands-on introductions to their laser radar system.
