Polyga Launches High-Resolution 3D Camera
Polyga’s Vision V1 is a high resolution, ultra accurate, high-speed 3D camera for industrial computer vision applications. The V1 is packaged in a rugged enclosure for integration into 3D vision applications generating ultra high resolution 3D point clouds or meshes.
The V1 delivers industry leading accuracy and resolution using high speed structured light technology providing a depth accuracy of 80 microns and point spacing of 0.6 mm. V1 provides up to 4.5 million points per second.
Designed for industry, the Vision V1 can be easily mounted onto robotic arms and assembly lines. V1 is ready for automated applications with plug-and-play connectivity. The sensor offers a compact size of 58 x 270 x 160 mm. The Vision V1 also allows capture of high-resolution, high-accuracy 3D images of objects in motion with a framerate of 15 FPS.
Polyga’s SB SDK is a powerful 3D C/C++ software library for acquiring 3D scan data at high speeds and in real time allowing direct transfer of meshes or point clouds into third party application using a high performance interface.
