Eleven Dynamics Opens New Automation Hub to Accelerate Real-World Innovation

Eleven Dynamics AG has officially opened its new Automation Hub in Bad Feilnbach, Germany – an expansion designed to strengthen the company’s hands-on automation capabilities and deepen its support for customers and partners across the DACH region. The facility complements the company’s existing Rosenheim office, creating a powerful regional footprint for applied research, hardware validation, and advanced integration work.

The new Automation Hub functions as a real-world proving ground for industrial automation technologies. Here, the company tests, integrates, and validates new hardware—including robots, PLCs, sensors, and metrology systems – directly alongside its software platforms. By merging physical equipment with software development processes, the hub closes the loop between R&D and factory-floor realities, enabling faster verification, improved reliability, and shorter implementation cycles.

“Bad Feilnbach is our hands-on bridge between R&D and the factory floor,” said Michael Fischer, CEO of Eleven Dynamics AG. “Together with our Rosenheim office, the hub shortens integration cycles, raises quality, and keeps us close to customers who demand reliable automation delivered fast.”

According to the company, the facility is specifically engineered to accelerate validation workflows that traditionally require lengthy trial-and-error. By bringing diverse technologies into a single collaborative environment, integration becomes more predictable, measurable, and aligned with customer needs.

“We can bring up robots, vision systems, PLCs, and metrology gear side by side, validate interoperability, and feed real-world data straight into our software,” explained Anton Windermut, Senior Automation Expert at Eleven Dynamics AG. “That tight loop turns weeks of guesswork into days of verified performance.”

The Automation Hub is already operational, supporting ongoing customer projects, partner evaluations, and internal R&D initiatives. Together with the Rosenheim office, it forms a comprehensive regional center for automation excellence – one that blends engineering expertise with rapid, real-world testing.
