For turning tools, a dedicated center-height camera measures tip height at the push of a button—ideal for reamers, boring bars, and threading tools.
Adding the redomatic heat-shrinking module turns the venturion into a fully integrated measurement and shrinking solution. Tools are shrink-fitted to the correct length and verified for accuracy in a single process, saving time and reducing error.
Secure Data Transfer with zidCode 4.0
In the era of connected manufacturing, secure and reliable data transfer is critical. ZOLLER’s zidCode 4.0 allows encoded measurement data to be transferred directly from the presetting device to the machine tool via QR code, eliminating network dependencies and ensuring error-free workflows. Multiple identification technologies, including RFID and QR code, allow flexible integration with different budgets and IT infrastructures.
