The OptimScan Q series comprises fixed blue LED 3D scanners designed for high-precision inspection, delivering accuracy levels of up to 0.005 mm. Typical use cases include precision manufacturing environments such as aerospace, electronics, electrical components, and cultural heritage preservation, where accuracy and repeatability are critical.
In contrast, the FreeScan Omni series focuses on mobility and on-site inspection flexibility. Supporting scan-to-inspect workflows directly on the device, these handheld systems combine portability with certified measurement performance under VDI/VDE 2634 and ISO 10360. This makes them particularly well suited for large-scale or in-situ inspection tasks across industries including automotive, heavy equipment, energy, construction machinery, and general industrial manufacturing.
