PRONETIQS acquires IntraVUE Extending Visibility from Machine to Network
Pronetiqs, developer of the SID diagnostic software suite, has added IntraVUE, the industry network-visualization solution, to its portfolio. With this acquisition, Pronetiqs extends its diagnostic intelligence from wear and tear to network performance, empowering industrial operators with a unified view of machine health and network behavior within one connected ecosystem.
The move ensures that IntraVUE’s proven technology and installed base, spanning thousands of manufacturing plants and public utilities worldwide, will continue to grow and evolve under Pronetiqs stewardship. Together with Mark Fondl (ICT Global Inc.), founder of IntraVUE, Pronetiqs will continue to support existing users while investing in new features and enhanced analytics for the years ahead.
“IntraVUE has been helping companies over the last 20 years by capturing OT network issues and providing a graphical view for technicians and first responders,” says Mark Fondl, Founder of the IntraVUE software. “Integrating IntraVUE into Pronetiqs will empower technicians with instant, on-site insights and guidance. Saving time and money. Most network issues gradually grow over time; the ability to recognize these developing subtle issues will allow a more proactive rather than reactive approach.”
By combining SID with IntraVUE, Pronetiqs now provides one unified diagnostic foundation. It now connects process, machine and network intelligence to help users detect issues earlier, act faster, and keep operations running at peak performance.
“Acquiring IntraVUE marks a pivotal step in advancing our mission to make industrial diagnostics immediate, local, and actionable,” says Matthew Dulcey, Chief Product Officer at PRONETIQS. “It strengthens our ability to deliver powerful, on-site insight, right where technicians need it most.” This expansion reinforces Pronetiqs’ commitment to delivering practical, proven solutions that empower technicians and engineers to act before issues turn into downtime.
