Partnerships to Advance Robotic Inspection Automation
Metrologic Group has signed a partnership agreement with Metromecánica, a Spanish integrator with robust expertise and experience in robotic measurement.
Metromecánica’s strong expertise in robotic inspection and automation, coupled with Metrologic Group’s universal software solutions, enables it to offer customized, turnkey solutions to companies wishing to automate their inspection process. “This partnership with Metromecánica strengthens our strategy of fostering relationships with local integrator partners to deliver exceptional, tailored services to our global customer base.” explains Jon Bryant, Product Marketing Manager at Metrologic Group.
“Metromecánica has extensive expertise in metrology projects, and its experience in measuring equipment and industry enables us to help our customers make the transition to automated inspection. We have been working together for 20 years, and they have a very good knowledge of our products”, adds Jorge Olloqui, Subsidiary Manager at Metrologic Group Spain. In addition, Metromecánica has worked with the Metrologic Group’s software solutions for decades now.
This new partnership allows Metrologic Group to provide support to any of its current or future customers who wish to automate their inspection process or increase the speed of their measurement cycles.

Metrologic Group has also established an integration partnership with the American integrator ATT Metrology Solutions. This collaboration will deliver customized, turnkey solutions to the North American market, with a focus on automating the inspection process within the automotive industry, particularly for Body in White (BiW) applications. BiW refers to the stage in automotive design or manufacturing where the vehicle’s structure is welded together, before components or equipment are added.
