ONDEX Automation has announced the acquisition of Vision and Control Systems (VCS), a leading factory automation systems integrator specializing in machine vision. This is ONDEX’s fourth acquisition since April 2024, strengthening its expertise in machine vision, robotic solutions, motion control, and PLC programming.
