The 13th international annual GOM 3D metrology Conference will take place on September 26 and 27 in Braunschweig, Germany and includes speakers from industry and research presenting their experiences with optical metrology.
OEMs such as Audi, BMW, Opel, Porsche, and VW will report on their experience of 3D measuring data for component testing and quality assurance in automotive engineering. Boeing, Liebherr-Aerospace and Rolls-Royce will present the inspection of complex engine structures and aircraft components. In biomechanics, 3D measuring data supports materials testing and production control of medical products from companies such as Arthrex as well as in research centers.
The international GOM 3D Metrology Conference serves as a forum for more than 650 executives, metrologists, and experts from well-known companies and research institutions. Participants compile their individual conference program by choosing different interactive solution tracks. In addition, the technical exhibition and networking dinners offer the opportunity to get into conversation with metrology and industry experts.
